Purchase Policy
1. Product Sales & Delivery:
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 24-72 hours. Shipping
is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse. Sippping
is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. For Australian Orders
(via Australia Post Small Parcel Service) please allow 2-6 days.
For International Orders (via Australia Post International Post
Parcels - Air) please allow for 6-14 days. Customs can add additional
time to this estimate. As our items are hand crafted they may
not be in stock and may require new production. Production time
can take up to two weeks.
2. Cancelled Orders: Orders
can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at info@lowdown.com.au
only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged
for shipping, can not be canceled. You must include order confirmation
number. Cancellations are not accepted via telephone.
3. Back-Orders: If your order
cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the expected
ship date via e-mail.
4. Returns and Exchanges EXCHANGES:
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt
of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition,
and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards,
manuals and accessories. Returns/Exchanges may be refused if
the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges.
In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise
will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the
shipping and handling charge.
Special Notice: Returns are
not accepted without a return authorization number. All returns
are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling
and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns may
be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a Return Authorization

5. Refused Delivery: Customers
will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping
and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse,
a credit memo will be issued to our accounting department to
issue a credit for the original purchase price less the shipping
and handling charge.
6. Pricing and Availability:
All pricing and product availability are subject to change. We
will honor any valid order and including wrong product pricing
as long as you have a valid order number. Product may be substituted
for the same like kind and quality at any time. Images displayed
may also vary from actual product delivered.
7. Your credit card will be
debited by Creative Infomation.
